📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both internally and externally.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
