📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth supply chain processes.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with overall mining operations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with mining industry logistics and operations is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
