In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and order replenishment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and attract customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or outlet management.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of basic marketing principles and strategies.,Familiarity with inventory management practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
