📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct leadership assessments using tools like 360-Degree Feedback and Leadership Circle Profile
• Design and deliver customized leadership development programs
• Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and teams
• Analyze leadership data and create actionable insights
• Collaborate with clients to identify and address leadership challenges
• Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to create engaging presentations and reports
• Manage client relationships and track project progress using Salesforce
• Stay up-to-date with the latest leadership development trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or a related field
• Certification in leadership development or a related field (e.g., Certified Leadership Development Professional, Certified Professional in Coaching)
• Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
