Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our open positions.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the best candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment technologies and best practices to improve our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
