📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial information and analysis to support decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Prepare and review tax returns and other financial reports.,Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
