C&W Services is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our data centre facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our data centres, maintaining high levels of security, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our facilities are always up-to-date and running efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data centre facilities, including maintenance, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.,Work closely with technical teams to ensure that our facilities are always up-to-date and running efficiently.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect our data centres from unauthorized access and potential threats.,Monitor and maintain the environmental conditions of the data centres, including temperature, humidity, and air quality.,Ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and that any issues are identified and addressed promptly.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of our data centre facilities.,Provide leadership and guidance to the facilities management team, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that any potential hazards are identified and addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,In-depth knowledge of data centre operations, including security, environmental control, and power management.,Experience with data centre infrastructure and equipment, including servers, storage, and networking devices.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and other stakeholders.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and NIST.,A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
