📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
