Easy Village Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Cikarang. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards and provide excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of improving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
