📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote store products and services.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Prepare and present regular reports to management on store performance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in inventory management and merchandising.,Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
