🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
