We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team at Lingkungan Citra Medical Center in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that support our medical equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for improving patient care through clear and accurate documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other documentation for medical equipment and systems,Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of documents,Create and update training materials for medical staff and patients,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation and training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry,Strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with medical equipment and systems,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
