📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
