📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and Excel.
• Manage the company’s payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax filings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain and update financial documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in tax accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
