📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and document management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
