APAC HR Shared Services Operations Lead - Bali, Indonesia

In this role, you'll work closely with HR teams in Indonesia and beyond, implementing best practices in HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. You'll leverage tools like Workday, BambooHR, and ADP to streamline processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize HR service delivery across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on Indonesia.
• Implement and maintain HR operations systems, including payroll, benefits administration, and time tracking, using Workday, BambooHR, and ADP.
• Lead and mentor HR teams in Indonesia and other APAC locations, providing guidance on best practices and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage HR service requests, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing HR shared services and operations, particularly in a multicultural or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including Workday, BambooHR, and ADP.
• Certification in HR operations or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop HR teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvement.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
