📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Support the Operational Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and policies.,Handle operational tasks such as inventory management, procurement, and logistics.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.,Provide administrative support to the Operational Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
