📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
