The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial and tax operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including filing and paying taxes accurately and on time.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other relevant taxes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bank statements, invoices, and receipts.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and auditors.,Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and legal, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and tax operations, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Chinese (Mandarin) tax laws and regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and accounting systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both local and international stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
