• Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Work with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to secure the best possible deals.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Track shipments using advanced logistics software such as SAP, Blue Yonder, and Oracle Transportation Management.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the shipping process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Provide regular reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing shipments and coordinating with clients, carriers, and customs authorities.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Blue Yonder, and Oracle Transportation Management.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
