📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.
