📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the retail store, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and attractive store environment.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, helping to increase revenue for the store.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively.,Assist with inventory management, including counting stock, ordering new merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager.,Participate in store events and promotions, such as opening and closing events, to create a fun and engaging shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and team members.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems and other retail software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is required.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
