Manage and schedule posts on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels,Monitor and respond to comments and messages from our audience,Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve our social media strategy,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the creation of social media graphics and videos,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Creative and innovative thinking,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Proficiency in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
