📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.,Implement and manage security measures to protect our systems and data.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).,Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
