CV Cempaka Teknologi is seeking a highly skilled and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team in Ubud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reception duties, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally and efficiently.,Manage the reception desk, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with staff, and handling inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and communications.,Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to guest requests.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality or administrative field.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
