📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to understand the needs of the organization and identify the right candidates.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor and evaluate the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
