In this role, you will be responsible for estimating costs and managing demolition projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and submit accurate cost estimates for demolition projects,Manage and coordinate demolition projects from planning to completion,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution,Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for project improvements,Maintain accurate records of project costs, materials, and labor,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices,Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in demolition estimating and project management,Strong understanding of local regulations and building codes in Bali,Proficiency in using estimation software and project management tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and labor costs,Valid driver's license and ability to drive in Bali
