📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.,Provide hands-on therapy sessions to help patients improve their motor skills, hand function, and overall quality of life.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote recovery and independence.,Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in occupational therapy and hand therapy through continuing education and professional development.,Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the department's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.,Licensed Occupational Therapist with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on hand therapy preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience with patients with a variety of conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, and neurological disorders.
