📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Stay updated on industry trends and new products to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of basic inventory management systems.
