📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement machine learning models to improve user experience and engagement on Airbnb's platform.,Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning systems and infrastructure.,Conduct experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make data-driven decisions.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists on machine learning best practices and techniques.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and apply this knowledge to solve complex problems.,Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and follow best practices for software development.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models at scale.,Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
