📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the store.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.,Proven experience in managing a retail store with a team of employees.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
