📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Develop and maintain documentation style guides and templates.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.,Familiarity with technical software and hardware.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
