📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site visits to merchant locations to assess their needs and provide support.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to resolve merchant issues.
• Conduct merchant training sessions to ensure they are familiar with our products and services.

• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve their operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the merchant support industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with merchant support software such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
