📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily inventory counts and reconciliations using warehouse management systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Update inventory records in real-time to ensure accuracy and availability of stock information.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the team to any discrepancies or shortages.
• Participate in regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and processing of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide support to the team during peak periods or special projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
