📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software applications and internal systems.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other project management tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve software defects and ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of quality.
• Automate and streamline testing processes using tools like Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks.
• Conduct performance testing, load testing, and stress testing to ensure that our systems can handle high volumes of transactions and user loads.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software testing.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of software testing tools and frameworks, including JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Appium, and others.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya.
