📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration using SAP and other HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee health and safety, including first aid and emergency response.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for general affairs needs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
