In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures, ensuring that our operations comply with international maritime safety standards and regulations. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our maritime supply chain, contributing to the success of our operations in this dynamic and challenging industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with international maritime safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of safety management systems, ensuring that they are effective and efficient.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team, assisting with the resolution of technical issues and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our maritime supply chain.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in maritime safety and technical compliance, attending relevant training and development programs as required.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of safety and technical initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on safety and technical performance, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Ensure that all safety and technical documentation is accurately maintained and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Safety, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime safety and technical compliance, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in maritime safety and technical compliance, such as ISO 45001, ISM Code, or other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime safety standards and regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in the use of maritime safety management software, such as VesselWatch or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
