📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of product developers, designers, and engineers to ensure the successful development and launch of innovative food products.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including concept development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to align product development with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Product Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Proficient in using product development software such as JMP, Minitab, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
